He leads many of our Customer Innovation Center CxO level workshops, helping us to bringing in right thought leadership and innovative ideas making it relevant to client industry/situation. He was behind bringing advanced thinking in our innovation centre on advanced such as consumer personas/journeys, gamification & augmented reality. at personal level, he also guides me and the team bringing his enthusiasm and passion to infuse in us his digital experience.
